How Old Are The Members Of Rush

Hey there, music lovers! Ever wondered what's the secret sauce behind those power chords and mind-blowing drum solos? Today, we're diving into the fascinating world of Rush, and we're not just talking about their music – we're talking about the ages of these legendary rockers!

Meet the Band

First up, we have Geddy Lee, the man with the golden voice and the bass that's as iconic as his mustache. Born in Toronto, Canada, on July 29, 1953, Geddy is the oldest member of the band. That's right, folks! He's been rocking our socks off for over six decades now!

Next, we have Alex Lifeson, the guitar god who's been shredding since he was just a young whippersnapper. Alex was born on August 27, 1953, making him just a few months younger than Geddy. These two have been jamming together since they were teenagers, and their friendship and musical chemistry are as legendary as their solos.

Last but certainly not least, we have Neil Peart, the drumming phenomenon who sadly passed away in 2020. Neil was born on September 12, 1952, making him the oldest of the trio. His technical prowess and poetic lyrics left an indelible mark on the world of rock music.
