How Old Are Oliver And James Phelps

So, you're curious about the Phelps twins, huh? The ones who played Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter series. Well, grab a coffee, get comfy, and let's spill the beans.

Born in the '80s, but still looking like teenagers?

You're not the only one wondering, right? I mean, they've barely aged since we first saw them on screen in 2001. But fear not, we've got the scoop.

Oliver and James Phelps, our beloved Fred and George, were born on February 25, 1986. That's right, they're 36 years old as of 2022. I know, I know, it's hard to believe. They've got some serious anti-aging potion going on, I swear.

Twinning is winning, but who's older?

You might be wondering, "Who's the big brother here?" Well, it's a tie! They're identical twins, so they're exactly the same age. But if you're looking for a fun fact, James is actually two minutes older than Oliver. I know, I know, it's like trying to choose between Butterbeer and Pumpkin Juice - impossible!

Now, you might be thinking, "But they look so young! How did they land those roles?" Well, they auditioned for the parts, just like everyone else. And let me tell you, the casting directors made a spellbinding choice. They were just 14 years old when they were cast, and the rest is history.

Growing up in the spotlight

Can you imagine going from regular teenagers to international superstars overnight? That's what happened to these two. But they took it all in stride, like the Gryffindors they are.

They've been in the public eye since they were teenagers, but they've always seemed so down-to-earth. I mean, they're twins, they've got each other's backs, and that's got to help, right? They've even said that growing up together made it easier to deal with the fame.

Life after Hogwarts

So, what have they been up to since the Harry Potter series ended? Well, they've both acted in other projects, but they'll always be Fred and George to us. They've also done some fantastic charity work, supporting causes like Comic Relief and the Royal National Institute of Blind People.

And let's not forget, they've both become dads! Yes, you heard it right. James has two kids, and Oliver has one. Can you even imagine little Freds and Georges running around? I can't cope!
